These terms are between you and NOT ANOTHER APP BUILDER PTY. LTD. (ABN 92 699 954 071), trading as Not Another App Builder (NAAB). By accessing or using notanotherappbuilder.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These terms apply only to this website and its general content. They do not replace the terms for a NAAB product, a signed services agreement, a proposal or another contract.

You may view the website, share links to it and make a reasonable copy of public content for your own personal or internal business evaluation. This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission, not a transfer of ownership.

You must not:

• use the website unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights;
• interfere with, overload, damage or attempt to bypass the website’s security;

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and NAAB submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
